• Pre-registration: March 1st to July 5th, 2024.
• Resolution: July 23rd 2024.
• Registration: July 29th and 30th, 2024.
• Changes to registration: October 17th and 18th 2024

Second deadline (provided there are vacancies)

• Pre-registration: July 26th to September 6th 2024.
• Resolution: September 24th 2024.
• Registration: October 1st and 2nd 2024.
• Changes to registration: October 17th and 18th 2024.

If there are still vacancies, there may be a third pre-registration period.
